Pairing a TD3 with a Bluetooth wireless remote HB22RF/HC20RF Linak Hand Control

1. You will always have a Bluetooth dongle plugged into the TD3 to be able
   
2. to connect this style of remote via Bluetooth
   
3. Turn the bed off for 5-10 minutes to drain the power and turn it back on
   
4.  The Bluetooth dongle will flash blue
   
5. Pair the remote to the bed by holding the top two buttons down for 10 seconds the Bluetooth dongle will go a solid light and disappear indicating successful pairing    
   
6. If the dongle doesn’t flash blue, unplug and plug it back in. If this still fails contact office as you may need to try the below:
   
7. New power cable from the wall to the TD3, if this fails
   
8. New Bluetooth dongle to be installed, if this fails
   
9. Wired remote HB12LB to be connected into the port the Bluetooth dongle is connected too, if this fails
   
10.  New TD3 system
    

If you have a TD3 and a wireless remote HC32BL/HC33BL

(please note Bluetooth dongle and wireless HC33BL will not operate a TD3 prior to 2016, you can find this information on the sticker on the TD3)
