The guarantee applies to the original purchaser. The guarantee period commences on the date of purchase of this product.

Novacorr Healthcare must be notified of the defect within 30 days of it appearing.

To make a claim under this guarantee, you must provide Novacorr Healthcare with your full name and address, details of the defect, and your original receipt as proof of purchase.

If identical materials are not available at the time Novacorr Healthcare repairs your mattress or base under this guarantee,  Novacorr Healthcare reserves the right to substitute materials of comparable quality.

The guarantee does not apply if, upon inspection by Novacorr Healthcare, the mattress is found to be stained or in an unsanitary condition

Inner mattresses for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of completion by NOVACORR PTY LTD

This does NOT include:

General wear and tear.

Pulls, tears, stains in fabrics, coverings or damasking.

any items that have been altered or changed by persons or companies other then employees of Novacorr Pty Ltd 

water damage 

fire damage

Using the product over the safe working load (SWL)

if products are known to have been in contact with any faecal matter, urine and other bodily fluids capable of carrying infection and does not have waterproof cleanable materials then this products becomes an un repairable item due to infection control regulations
